Terms of Use
Spillsy is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The short terms below add to it.
Effective October 29, 2026.
The license
When you get Spillsy from the Mac App Store, your use of it is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), with heydaytime as the licensor. These additional terms apply on top of it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA wins, except where these terms give you more rights.
Purchase
Spillsy is a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription and no account. Apple processes the payment, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Use Spillsy lawfully. In particular:
- Notetaker records audio from your microphone and from other apps. Many places require the consent of everyone in a conversation before it’s recorded. Tell the people you’re recording, and get their consent where the law requires it.
- Don’t use Spillsy to record people without permission, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Don’t reverse engineer, resell or redistribute Spillsy or the models inside it, except as the Standard EULA or applicable law allows.
